Cajun Prawn Tray Bake

Something a little bit different in terms of variety and taste. A coaches favourite. 🍤

  • 500f Baby Potatoes
  • 1 Corn On The Cob
  • 20g Butter
  • 5g Garlic (crushed)
  • 1 Tbsp. Cajun Seasoning
  • 100g Reduced Fat Chorizo
  • 1 Red Onion (chopped)
  • 300g Cooked King Prawns


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius.
  2. Boil potatoes for 5 mins.
  3. Add corn to the water and boil for a further 5 mins.
  4. Drain the corn and the potatoes and place on a large baking tray.
  5. Add the butter, garlic, cajun seasoning, chorizo and red onion, mix everything together on the tray.
  6. Place in the oven for 30 minutes, mix and shake a few times during cooking.
  7. Add the prawns to the tray and cook for a further 5-10 mins.
  8. Serve 🙂
