Starting something Fitness related is not as easy as people think,

Sure it might be fine for the 20-something year old that’s trained in some Sport most of their life.

But what about the Lads & Ladies that might have started out playing Sport in School then drop off a little once real life set’s in?

It’s damn hard sometimes to get out of a rut and the thoughts of it at times are worse than ‘doing it’.

See the main thing is to get started and make sure you can drop body fat without feeling deprived of everything, well, that’s what we coach anyway.

There’s no way in a million years I could ‘eat clean’ 24/7 and we don’t expect other people to either,

So that’s what this success story is all about (Starting with our 6 Week Group Coaching programme before progressing into 1-1 coaching), this is the position (we’ll call him Jack for this article) that Jack was in, so it was time for a change,

He’d lost some weight before getting onto us, and now was his time to ‘ramp things up a little’ so let’s hear it from him directly.

What kind of position where you in before you started?

I was training away but I just wasn’t making progress, in either weight increase or in body composition.

I was fed up of just not being able to make that breakthrough where I’d begin to see real results.

Why did you want to do this COACHING ProgramME?

To get my groove back basically. I did this to improve my confidence and also to tone up.

What kind of Results have you got? And what kind of impact has this had on your life?

I lost 13lbs of body fat and continue to lose more while toning up.

I feel more confident and most importantly, motivated to push on and achieve greater results!
