Pork & Apple Burgers

Something different from your regular beef burgers, this tasty, super fast burger recipe gives you numerous options when you are done cooking. You can go down the regular route and add it to a tasty bun, or keep the calories low and add it to a big ass salad.

Ingredients:

  • 500g Lean Pork Mince
  • 2 Apples (Cored)
  • 1 Tsp. Fennel Seeds
  • 5g Garlic (Peeled)
  • Black Pepper

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz.
  2. Form into 4 burgers.
  3. Cook on a BBQ or a frying pan for around 5 mins each side until thoroughly cooked.
  4. A good tip is if you find that your burgers are burning on the outside, finish them off in the oven.
  5. Serve with garnishes of choice.
