Spiced Scrambled Eggs

Very easy, quick and tasty breakfast or snack that’s low in calories and high in protein. Great way to start the day!

  • 1 Small Chopped Onion
  • Chopped Red Chilli
  • Knob of Butter
  • 6 Beaten Eggs
  • Splash of Milk
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Toast, to Serve


  1. Soften the onion and chilli in a knob of butter.
  2. Stir in the beaten eggs and a splash of milk.
  3. When nearly scrambled, gently stir in a good handful diced tomatoes followed by some coriander leaves.
  4. Season and eat on toast.
