Below are the KPI's we track to get a general overview on how things are going.
5 Meaning you easily nailed 10,000+ steps daily. 1 Meaning you struggling to hit above 3-4000 steps daily.
If you're hitting between 10-20grams of each macronutrient while keeping consistent with calorie targets - roughly 100 or so calories either side of your targets - this is a 5.
Getting in 1-2 Fistful sizes for each Main Meal is the goal here.
