Breaking through Squat, Bench & Deadlift Plateaus with Arthur Lynch
Episode 14 | Sees Arthur Lynch, Coach & Competitive Powerlifter while currently undertaking a PHD in Exercise Physiology and Nutrient Metabolism in the University of Limerick. Arthur has been both an IDFPA and IPF champion in the u90s and u93 categories through Powerlifting. His best numbers in competition are Squat 262.5kg Bench 180kg and Deadlift 307.5kg, so it’s safe to say, Arthur knows what he’s talking about when it comes to strength progression.

Arthur graduated from UL with a 1st class honours in Sports and Exercise Sciences and is now currently undertaking a PHD in UL – Exercise Physiology and Nutrient Metabolism. Arthur’s scientific approach to training has given him the edge as a coach to help people excel and exceed all expectations in the gym.
Arthur is a competitive powerlifter and coaches the lifting club in Citygym Limerick. Arthur has been both an IDFPA and IPF champion in the u90s and u93 categories and his best numbers in competition are Squat 262.5kg, Bench 180kg, and Deadlift 307.5kg.
