Michelle has an Undergraduate Degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Limerick, a Ph.D. in recreational runners training for their first half/full marathon (Biomechanics) and a PostDoc in Breast Movement where she’s currently the Senior Research Associate at the Department of Sport and Exercise Science in the University of Portsmouth.
Her personal sporting interests lay in GAA, Running and Hockey which ties in perfectly with today’s episode.
